2)You will receive a confirmation email (a receipt) after your payment has been received.

3)You will receive a final email to inform you that your item has been mailed after we have mailed it.

Postage: Orders will be sent out after payment is received.

*Postage costs: All postage costs follow the Singapore Post's Charges. Both Regular/Registered Mail are available. Hotwhale recommends Registered mail for reliability.

Cash: Available for meet ups only.

Meetups: All meet ups will be held at our convenience.

Pick up points are: (for weekdays and sat) Bishan MRT, Toa Payoh MRT

More pick up points will be added in 2010

(for sun) Any station along the green line from Pasir Ris MRT to Raffles Place MRT only after 3pm

All of Hotwhale's accessories are lovingly crafted.
Due to the strict quality control and intricate nature of the crafting process, almost all Hotwhale accessories are individually unique. If you would like an accessory that has been sold, you can make a back order.

As such, please place your back orders a week in advance to allow us to ensure that your item meets the high quality standards that Hotwhale adheres to.

However, Hotwhale is all about flexibility too. If you would like something you haven't seen here yet, tell us- we'll custom make your order!

Bulk orders at special pricing is also available for events: e.g prom, graduation ceremony, halloween parties, birthday parties etc.
Please enquire through email and allow a month's notice in advance for bulk orders.

Customer Agreement

By purchasing any item(s) from Hotwhale, you agree to every term stated below.

1)For backorders, we do not accept cancellation or exchange of order(s) after you have paid. We do not refund.
2)For backorders, the delivery/meetup date may not be confirmed. Our supplies are shipped in from overseas suppliers, and may not arrive at expected times, delaying production.
3)For backorders, we do not accept requests for refunds nor exchange e.g. changed mind, goods are not up to customer's imagined expectation in size, style, material, colour etc. You are responsible for requesting for more infomation about the item if you would like a more accurate image of the product.
4)For meet-ups to collect goods, customer is responsible for CHECKING CAREFULLY and THOROUGHLY before payment-any request for exchange or refunds after the payment will not be entertained.
5)For postage delivered goods, we do not accept requests for refunds e.g. goods are not up to customer's imagined expectation in style, colour, size etc. You are responsible for requesting for more infomation about the item if you would like a more accurate image of the product.
6)Measurements for sizes may not be absolutely accurate, there will be slight difference in measurements sometimes. Pictures of products are taken beside other objects for estimated proportion when possible, besides supplying you with the measurements. We do not accept refunds due to this reason.
7)Colours depicted on webpage as viewed from your computer may differ from the acutal product. All efforts have been made to ensure that the product is depicted as true to life as it is from our photography and web posting.We do not accept refunds due to this reason.
9)Hotwhale reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which Hotwhale's products are offered. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
10)For backorders, where items are ready for delivery, notices will be made on the blog, and customers are responsible for checking the blog regularly.
By purchasing any item with Hotwhale, you have agreed to ALL the terms stated above.
